🔒 Order Security
- Deliveries to addresses not registered to the card may require verification.
- Additional ID or documentation may be requested.
- By ordering, you confirm that you have read and agreed to 1MORE UK terms and conditions and are authorized to make the purchase.
🏠 Delivery Address
- Items are shipped to the address provided on the order form.
- If the delivery address differs from the invoice address, both must be supplied.
- Returned items due to wrong addresses or refused delivery will incur a £10.99 handling fee if the courier has already been paid.
- Important: Please note that where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided at checkout, and Royal Mail is unable to effect delivery, the consignment will be returned to sender. If the item is lost in transit during the return-to-sender process, the risk remains with the buyer, and no refund or replacement will be issued, as the delivery failure arises from information supplied by the buyer at the point of purchase.
⚠️ Failed Delivery Attempts
- Couriers may leave a “calling card” for re-delivery. Contact them to arrange a new date.
- If no card is left, track your parcel online.
- Returned items may incur a redelivery fee.
- Royal Mail parcels must be collected after the first failed attempt.
⏳ Late or Lost Delivery
- Contact 1MORE UK if your parcel is delayed.
- UK parcels must be reported within 2 days of delivery confirmation; international parcels follow courier timelines.
- 1MORE UK will file a claim with the courier and either replace or refund the item, typically within 1–3 weeks.
- A Non-Receipt Declaration (P101) may be requested during the investigation.
📦 Receipt of Parcel
- Sign for delivery as proof of receipt.
- Note any damage on the delivery note in the presence of the courier.
- Claims for missing/damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unclaimed parcels returned to 1MORE UK can be resent if delivery fees are repaid.
🌍 Exports & Customs
- Customers are responsible for import regulations, duties, and compliance with local laws.
- Refusal to pay customs duties may result in return costs deducted from refunds.
- Returned items must be in original condition, with seals and packaging intact; otherwise, a 50% depreciation fee applies.
- 1MORE UK provides all required export documentation (e.g., FCC forms) with parcels as standard.
