Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails:

The courier may leave a calling card with instructions.

Customers must contact the courier to arrange redelivery or collection.
If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged, it may be returned to 1MORE UK, and redelivery charges may apply.
Late Deliveries
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please notify us within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the courier. This process may take 1–3 weeks, depending on the courier.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either:

Send a replacement item, or

Issue a full refund
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Note the damage on the courier’s delivery note.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may prevent us from opening a claim with the courier.

Order Changes or Cancellation
