If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or receive a refund of your product within 14 days of the purchase date for any reason as long item remain factory sealed. Our return and refund will normally be processed within 10 days for the item purchased from our website.

2.Our support team will provide a prepaid shipping label for faulty units.
3.Follow the instructions that come with the label for shipping.
4.When the item arrives in our office, we will inspect it and issue a refund or send a replacement depending on your choice.
- Do not send products back without contacting our support team for a pre-paid label.
- Please send all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals along with the returned products otherwise depreciation cost will applied.
- Expedited and Standard shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Replacements will be shipped via Standard Shipping with 5 working days.

1. Do you offer free ground shipping on all orders placed on 1MOREUK.co.uk?
Yes, order over £50 on limited time offers, not always on ground shipping in the UK only on all orders placed on www.1moreuk.co.uk.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times depends on the shipping method available in your region:

We have three shipping methods for most regions: Standard Ground Shipping by Royal Mail or and Next Day by DHL or Royal Mail .
4. How do I change my shipping method after an order is placed?
We are sorry that once an order is placed you will not be able to change the shipping method. Please double-check before checkout.

Shipping fees depend on your shipping address. If the shipping address is a remote area, the shipping fee may be higher than usual.
6. I ordered more than one item. Will they be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options are used depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
7. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the product is shipped out.
8. What can I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to 1MORE UK customer support within 24 hours, so we can rectify the situation for you. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the problem.
