If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or receive a refund of your product discretion to our customer support within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason as long item remain factory sealed if not refunds will be issue as per our Terms and Condition .
Please contact our customer support team at sales@1moreuk.com for return or refund information if item remain factory sealed. Our return and refund will normally be processed within 30 days for the item purchased from our website
Please note to have full refunds or exchange full original packaging will be require or no exchange or refund respect our product to have fair resolution

2.Our support team will provide instruction .
3.When the item arrives in our office, we will inspect it and issue a refund or send a replacement depending on our discretion

- Do not send products back without contacting our support team
- Please send all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals along with the returned products otherwise depreciation cost will applied.
- Expedited and Standard shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Replacements will be shipped via Standard Shipping with 5 working days.
- For returns after 14 days of the purchase date for non faulty ,please refer to our Terms & Condition section.
