📅 Return Within 30 Days

We aim to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item remains factory sealed.

❗ Note: Refunds for items that are opened or not factory sealed will be processed according to our Terms & Conditions.

Important: To qualify for a full refund or exchange, all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals must be included. Missing items may reduce the refund or prevent the exchange.

📝 Return Instructions

Our support team will provide return instructions.
When the item arrives at our office, we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Products

Headphones in new condition cannot be returned for a refund due to security reasons.
Faulty headphones: If the same model is in stock, we will exchange it or offer an alternate model within the first 14 days of purchase.

Do not send products back without contacting our support team first.
Include all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals; depreciation fees may apply if items are incomplete.
Shipping costs (expedited or standard) are non-refundable.
Replacements are shipped via standard shipping within 5 working days.
Returns after 14 days for non-faulty items are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
For purchases made on Amazon, returns, replacements, or warranty claims must be handled through Amazon Customer Service.
